    By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. Ordered furniture on Feb 10, had to wait WEEKS for it to arrive.. then when it arrived damaged, had a hard time to get them to replace it.. then had to wait another few weeks to get furniture! "Manager" named Joseph at Golden Ring location was very disrespectful and even called the police when I would not leave without a supervisors name.     I bought my dining room table and a reclining chair from this place spent over $600 and am dissatisfied with my purchase and i Cannot take it back for refund or exchange. First off they are so ghetto and lazy the furniture wasnt put together properly. Second the salesman houned me until i said yes about the dining set. In the store the chair was comfortable when i put it together at home it was like a completely different chair. They claim they deliver for free on tv ads but charge $100.   • Dissatified and Frustrated and Lied To



    The sales person will tell you whatever you want to hear just as long as you buy the furniture. The customer service is horrible and no one ever has an answer for you. I was told I would be able to be the last delivery on the truck (by the sales person). The delivery guys call me at 1:30pm to tell me they were on their way. Umm, no!!!! So pretty much, I have to wait until customer service calls me to reschedule another delivery. I was told by a manager that they cant control what the sales people say...BS!   • THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE AREA - GUARANTEED



    STOP!!!!! DONT ENTER. The absolute worst experience and customer service ever. I lost my receipt and need to make a down payment on my layaway. The store manager refused to take my down payment. He also refused to write another receipt for a cash deposit. With an attitude, advised me to return to the store between the hours of 11am - 6pm. Well, I work during those hours and far from the store location. I have been to the store on Marlboro Pike 3 times attempting to pay for my furniture and have been turned away. The furniture that we received "a table and 4 chairs",from the Forestville,MD store, the wood was dry rotten.     I cannot begin to articulate how upset I am with this scam outfit.I went last week April 9,2014 at the Franklin Street Store to purchase a cherry red leather(blend couch). I repeatedly asked the sales person about the material and color just to make sure I would get what I paid for. Anyway went to pick up the furniture and it was packed out there.     I SPENT OVER 2100 IN THIS STORE. FIRST OF ALL THE FURNITURE IN THE STORE IS BETTER THEN THE STUFF YOU RECEIVE.     I spent $2300.00 on furniture from Price Busters and I paid someone to pick up the furniture. They waited for 4 to 5 hours for them to get called to the dock and the furniture was not on the dock. They still had to look for it and when they found it the living room set was damaged. They asked me if I wanted another set and since I did not like what they had they said I had to wait two weeks for the next shipment to come in.     I bought some furniture from the location in Forestville and called to see when it will be delivered. First off let me say these people are completely unprofessional and unhelpful. The woman on the phone wouldn't even tell me my delivery date and said she would call back when she finds it. Needless to say, she did not call back.     Stay away from this junk. I spent $5500 dollars to buy furniture and that was the worst mistake ever. They brought me mistmatched furniture and defective items. I was unable to open all the boxes before the drivers left since this was such a large order.     I bought a sofa and a rug from the Pricebusters in Rosedale, MD. I paid for delivery to my home. The sofa was delivered but they told me the rug was a special order and would be in the next week and since I didn't live far (from rosedale) that I could pick it up then. I agreed. After several calls to customer service and the store where I bought it (2 weeks after purchase) I was informed that the rug was on back order and wouldn't be in for two more weeks.     DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I bought a set that would not fit thru my front door. Mind you the delivery drivers did not deliver my furniture until 9:30pm at night.     I Bought some furniture on a Thursday and I was told the stuffs would be delivered the next day, I waited all day and there was no call, no delivery what so ever, I called customer service all to no avail and when eventually i was able to get through, I was told the delivery guys called my 5times which was a BIG LIE and that i have to wait about 2 days.     I went to Price Busters to get a reasonable priced mattress. After being followed around the Extremely hot store on 25th street we found a double pillow top set for $400. I put a deposit down and told them I would come back to pay the rest and pick it up. They say you should research a company before you put your hard earned $$$ out.     I purchased a bedroom set and a leather living room set from Price Busters of Baltimore Maryland. The mirror does not fit the dresser and no way to attach it, and they delivered a used damaged show room sofa off of the floor and the loveseat metal frame is bent. I have called numerous amounts of time, they promised to have the mirror put on and it's been over a month and no reply. They refuse to deliver a replacement set for the damage one I received.
